Sidney Banks, author

The late Sydney Banks (1931 - 2009) was a well-known author, philosopher and lecturer. He was born in Scotland but spent most of his adult life in Canada's Gulf Islands. Banks's unique philosophy and perceptions have provided new insights in the fields of psychology and education. By applying this profound understanding to their respective fields, a growing number of teachers, doctors and healthcare professionals have experienced significant results in their work and their lives. Banks passed away at his Salt Spring Island home in spring 2009.
